Daitye securely accepts payments through PayPal. You DO NOT need a PayPal account to make a purchase with Daitye, Inc. When you checkout, all you need to do is select the option that states you do not have a PayPal account and you will be able to proceed as a PayPal "guest". Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping costs $6, anywhere in the U.S. for most purchases. With larger purchases, there may be a higher fee for shipping, depending on the weight of the package. Orders with zip codes of 10550, 10552 and 10553 will have the shipping fee automatically excluded and the customer may choose to pick up their order. If the customer would rather have their order shipped to one of these zip codes, simply email us and we will charge the shipping fee and ship your order. Packages are shipped using the US Postal Service (Priority), which includes a tracking number and $50 insurance. We do not currently ship outside of the U.S.
Return Policy: You may return any item (excluding customized items) within 7 days of delivery date for a full refund. Item must be in good condition (no damage or missing components). Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless item was damaged upon customer's receipt). You will be provided with a return shipping address. You will be refunded in the same form of payment we received from you. Refund will be made upon our receipt of the returned item. If there are any damaged items upon your receipt, we must be notified immediately.
Please note - each item is individually handcrafted, therefore fill & ship times may vary. Once orders are received, you will receive an approximation on when to expect the order to fill & ship - can take up to 9 business days.
Larger orders of 5 items or more will be shipped in small batches as they're ready.
